About Rani Lakshmi Bai Central Agricultural University
Rani Lakshmi Bai Central Agricultural University (RLBCAU) is a Central Agricultural University located in Jhansi, a district in Uttar Pradesh's Bundelkhand area. The Rani Lakshmi Bai Central Agricultural University Act of 2014 founded it.
The Government of India has agreed to establish a Central Agricultural University for the Bundelkhand area, according to a letter from the Union Agriculture Minister dated October 28, 2010, written to the Chief Minister of the Government of Uttar Pradesh. The ICAR campuses of the Indian Grassland & Fodder Research Institute (IGFRI) and National Research Centre for Agroforestry (NRCAF), which have colleges in both the Uttar Pradesh and Madhya Pradesh regions of the Bundelkhand area, are now located on 300 acres of land.

The Committee shall hold at least two meetings each year. A quorum for a meeting is one-third of the members of the Library Advisory Committee. The Member Secretary shall record the minutes of the meeting and distribute them to all members for discussion, with the consent of the Vice-Chancellor.
At least fifteen days before each Ordinary Meeting of the Committee, the Member Secretary shall issue a Notice convening the meeting with prior approval from the Chairman and a copy of the agenda. The notice and agenda for Extraordinary Meetings must be provided at least 24 hours before the meeting. The term of office for members of the Library Advisory Committee who are not ex-officio shall be two years.

The application process for B.Sc (Hons) Agriculture along with various other UG courses is currently ongoing for the 2023 session. The university accepts the scores of All India Entrance Examination for Admission (AIEEA) for admission to the B.Sc courses. The university has not released any official notification regarding the last date for Rani Lakshmi Bai Central Agricultural University admission for 2023. However, the application process is expected to end soon since as per previous trends, the classes may commence from September 2023. The total seat intake for the course is 40 and the basic eligibility criterion is passing class 12 with at least 50% marks.
